• Periodical building inspections and audits in accordance with regulated standards AS1851 and FPA Australia standards.
• Maintaining a record of the maintenance inspections and audits in the form of an ESM report.
• Preparing comprehensive outcome reports for all inspections and audits.
• Reporting work progress and performance through key performance indicators reports.
• Managing stakeholders through effective negotiation and influence.
• Participating in divisional and state-wide development of information and data collection systems to ensure adherence to customer requirements and maintenance of compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Keeping accurate and complete records, in accordance with legislative requirements and the organization’s, information security, privacy policies and requirements.
• Facilitating education to build sector compliance with stakeholders to ensure fire safety building standards are maintained.
• Provide quotes to stakeholders for repairing and maintaining building fire safety systems.
• Ensured adherence to organizational standards and mandatory education including but not limited Occupational Health and Safety.
• Familiarizing and keep up to date with legislative changes and new technical fire equipment.
• Recognizing and managing risk related to fire safety non-compliance, ensuring actions are taken to prevent and minimize harm to consumers.
