  • Ward 61 (Neurosurgical) 2nd Rotation: Further developed time management skills whilst adapting to the demands of neurosurgical nursing in a high-acuity environment. Strengthened my ability to work within a team to deliver safe, patient centred care. Gained experience in post-operative pain management and the importance of early mobilisation.
