I am seeking to excel and hopefully move into a larger role. A hard working individual with leadership qualities which have been proven during the duration of time here at current place of employment. I have a vast background working with plant equipment especially with Komatsu gear. Am able to work independently but also work well in a team.
Have spent many hours in different sections of the workshop learning various skills from boilermaker work, to undercarriage rebuilding and everything in between
I have spent the last 3 years as a workshop foreman leading a crew to maintain and service a fleet of 100+ bits of machinery, making sure that all maintenance schedules were followed religiously and any major repairs were done in a timely manner without exceeding budget.
I would also coordinate with customers and field service team when a break down would arise on site and would organize parts in a timely manner if needed.
I would also be reading literature and manuals, reading schematics and hydraulic diagrams in order to find information that the workshop is looking for in order to help them with certain repairs. I would also be able to ring up suppliers and get quotes for parts that were needed for jobs.
Carry out service and maintenance of a wide range of machinery including: Komatsu, CAT, Bomag, Dynapac, Sany, Hitachi, Wacker Neuson, Husqvarna, JCB, Volvo, Isuzu, Hino, Yanmar, XCMG
Services, maintenance, repairs and diagnose issues of Komatsu equipment
