A principled and strategic leader with over two decades of executive and governance experience in the community, carer, and volunteering sectors. CEO of Grandcarers SA—the only organisation in South Australia solely representing informal kinship carers—where I’ve led the doubling of services, initiated over 20 strategic partnerships, and driven substantial policy reform. Recognised for my work across local government, child protection, and volunteering, I’ve co-founded national and state initiatives including Kinship Alliance Australia, the Volunteering Strategy for South Australia, and the Local Government Volunteer Managers Network.
