I am a knowledgeable, hard working and reliable worker as I have demonstrated over a twenty year period in the industry. I have extensive experience in Aged Care cleaning, particularly the cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms, kitchens and amenities. I also have training and experience in laundry operations, as well as considerable knowledge of hard and soft floor cleaning techniques ranging from stripping and sealing to buffing and carpet cleaning. Most importantly, my experience working working with elderly clients in both domestic and care situations in the community means I excel at communicating with clients and working safely and efficiently. My current responsibilities include laundry operations, aged care cleaning and taking food orders which means I am knowledgeable and highly enthusiastic about delivering positive outcomes for residents. I am highly familiar with the use of microfibre cleaning and believe my experience, skills and positive attitude means I am exceptionally qualified to pay a valuable role in satisfying the needs of our valued residents
