
Professionally, I am a top-grade Agriculture extension officer since 2019 from Egerton University Faculty of Agriculture. Currently I am working at Kapsuswa Farm which is situated in Eldoret as a dairy worker. Administratively, I am a firm hand on and results oriented transformative leader practicing professionalism, team work and team spirit rather than command and control. While still in the university served the Vice Chairperson of the Agriculture Students Association and through that position I was able to motivate, guide and lead other students. I formed a synergistic team based entirely on merit and ability to produce results completely devoid of ethnic considerations. Socially, I am well-mannered, polite and hardworking extension officer who is able to work closely with other workers in any environment. I am a dedicated and organized individual with good interpersonal skill and an excellent team worker and am keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills. I am a reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive. I identify and develop new opportunities. Right now, I am seeking a position as a dairy farm worker so as to strongly serve and to use my skills and experience to work to my uttermost capability.
