• After ALS lost its contract with curragh I was transferred over to BV where I currently work. BV has been extremely good to me and has had me step up in positions. from training a lot of new workers, to signing off on area familiarityarization (including Boonal mine) driving, lab skills and general familiarization back at the lab when not on site.
• i am grateful to BV for putting me into a leadership role where I have prospered and have made some lifelong mates through the journey

My Daily procedures would include sample collection, crushing, drying and milling and analyzing the results all inside a turnaround time so that I was assuring that Production knew exactly what type of coal was running through the plants at that time for when it gets loaded on trains and shipped off at Port. I have made some great workmates and Friends over this time and appreciate everything they have taught me

• Richter's was my first ever trade/job that I had started immediately after leaving Yr 10 in High school. 4 years of learning how to prepare and install high end Kitchens, Wardrobes, Vanity's and Benchtops, I had learned what it is like to get along with a hard-working team and always making sure that the Customer was satisfied/in love with their brand-new kitchen. I owe everything to Richter's for helping me prosper into a hard worker/ tradesman.
