Accomplishments

  • In my capacity as the Contract Amendment Lead at SJOG Health Care, I successfully addressed and resolved the backlog of contracts, which resulted in commendations from both the Human Resources and Payroll Managers.
  • As the primary point of contact for all public sector claims at the DFES, I assumed this role during the height of the fire season. During this period, the team had accumulated significant overtime, travel concessions, and a volume of inquiries. I was able to process and resolve all queries within six weeks.
