• A portfolio of three fashion brands, with 25 concessions across Myer and David Jones, and a standalone sass & bide boutique, with up to 60 team members.
• Responsible for driving sales and KPIs to achieve Budgets and LYs.
• Recruit, train and develop Store Managers and Retail Team.
• Lead, motivate, inspire and mentor Managers and teams to deliver results for the business.
• Resolve all People issues/conflict in a timely and effective manner, partnering with national retail management and HR when necessary.
• Work closely with the Planner/Allocation team in HO to ensure concessions' SOH is managed and able to maximise sales opportunities.
• Ensure store rostering is accurate with respect to maximising sales and hourly productivity, whilst maintaining Sales to Salary % Targets.
• Ensure store/concessions are upholding a high standard of visual merchandising and presentation. Support with VM execution and training when needed. Implement “commercial VM” decision to maximise sales.
• Minimise shrinkage and implement action plans/strategies to improve Stocktake results.
• Build strong relationships with Myer and David Jones Management to gain support for our concession teams and opportunities to drive sales.

Additional responsibilities -

• Drive sales, KPIs, and a sales/customer-comes-first culture.
• Implement Best Practice around Retail Operations. With large format stores, high volume deliveries and frequent changes to store layout and VM, operational efficiency and effectiveness is integral to maximising sales.
• Train, develop, coach and lead the Sales Team in the “8 steps of Selling” – a focus on Customer Experience at all times.
• Conduct frequent store visits with store teams using the Regional Store Checklist/Store Visit Action Plans, leaving stores with clear actions and measures.
• Securing of all safety & health standards are maintained and issues are communicated in a timely manner.
• Responsible for loss prevention and supporting the bi-annual store stocktakes.
