Responsible for looking after NSW/TAS portfolio by providing Support, coaching and advice to Client Services Managers on a range of complex and sensitive IR/ER or HR Issues. To provide consistent HR advice and coaching to line Managers and Supervisors in line with HR better practice, legislative guidelines and policy/process. The incumbent is focused on ensuring Managers and Supervisors are provided with timely advice and coaching based on a solid legislative understanding, an appreciation for the importance of positive workplace culture, and knowledge of better practice HR approaches to day-to-day operational challenges.
· Provide analysis of relevant research and operational information that will assist managers to evaluate and integrate the information they receive.

· Responsible for processing and payroll preparation for Suspensions – LWB, VDAS and LDS (NSW Central). I am currently the Payroll Officer who in charge/manages the Suspensions space since February 2023 of this year
- First point of contact for all Suspension enquiries - Building and maintaining strong relationships and rapport with all P&C contacts
· Processing of variations/placements on a daily basis with the exposure and understanding of using LWB’s systems landscape including: Aurion, SCP & Kronos Rostering System to process:
- Change of hours Permanent, Temporary and Casual staff
- Change of different employment types
- Prepping and providing Redundancy Estimates for P&C
- Change in reporting lines/positions
- Tax changes / Superannuation Changes – Set up of new fund/change of personal details
· Processing of Terminations / Off Cycle Terminations for all 3 entities: LWB, VDAS and LDS NSW Central
· Responsible for processing of any Pay discrepancies including: Overpayments, Underpayments
· Leave cash out requests for all 3 entities: LWB, VDAS and LDS (NSW Central).
Collaborated with HR department to ensure accurate employee records, benefit deductions, and leave balances.
