- At Charlies Raw Squeeze, I am in a senior position which requires me to direct and train junior staff on shift
- In this position I managed junior staff to ensure they were fully prepared and have the appropriate skills to fulfill set tasks
- As well as this, I make coffees, serve, and assist customers, open, and close the store, work at till and online ordering services
- I can carry out cash, Qoin and credit card payments
- Working at Charlie's has helped me become more confident in myself, grow my customer service skills, and taught me a range of conflict resolution skills.
