I've been employed at Ripcurl for a number of years, developing and absorbing as much knowledge as possible. This job opportunity has allowed me to build many valuable skills in many areas.

The core value of the company is community. Its my role to actively interact with our customers, allowing them to see us as someone they can trust and someone who cares about their needs. Its my goal to make sure they know that they are a priority.

I have learnt to embody the characteristics and traits of what is required for any situation, and adapt to any environment/people.

I've been trained to work in high stress/fast pace situations, including customers/staff confrontations. Learning how to calmly deal with, or defuse the current circumstances.

I've had many opportunities working on higher duties shifts, allowing me to learn many management skills. I can effectively manage and coordinate my time efficiently to complete all task required. I consistently look beyond the standards of my role, and how i can best contribute beyond my requirements. Im Passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement.

Hospitality being my first job has coded me with very efficient and lasting skills. Some of my roles during this job included:

Preparing food and beverages and verified adherence of quality and safe food-handling standards.

Collaborated with team members to consistently deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Always allowing myself to see areas were things could be managed more efficiently.

Processed payments with focus on accuracy and correct cash-handling procedures.

Delivered excellent customer service to support company reputation and patron satisfaction.

Performed general cleaning by sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes and emptying trash.
