Minette Dawes

As a kitchen hand I have learnt that I tend to work best in fast environments and have acquired skills such a multi-tasking while still communicating effectively. While these skills are important in almost any work place, my main take away from working in this industry is that I want a career where I can meet people from all walks of life. Helping people in ways which make a difference to their lives is something I will always work towards achieving and hope to be part of a strong team in my future to attain this goal.
