Summary

I'm an amateur boxer with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating people to achieve their fullest potential in health and fitness. I have had 2 fights, and have travelled the world to work with some of the best boxing coaches from Thailand to New York to Spain. Everything I've learnt over my 7 years of boxing has moulded me into the coach and instructor I am today. My coaching experience ranges from large to small groups and personal training from children to adolescents and adults.


I am also a certified Pilates instructor in both Mat and Reformer, and am currently in training to teach XFORMER on the mega machines. Due to my schedule being so busy this time of year, I will start teaching XFORMER at FLOWCORE Manly in January when the new year roles in.


I am a detailed-oriented team player with strong organisational skills. I pride myself on great time management, effective communication and listening skills, and enthusiasm. When you do what you love, it doesn't feel like work, which is how I feel as a fitness instructor. Now that I have established myself as the Lead Trainer at Rumble Boxing I am now branching out into athletic strength and conditioning programming, as well as Pilates to become a more well-rounded coach.

  • Create a seamless experience between boxing rounds on heavy bags and strength-training circuits - teaching 2 sides at once

  • Monitor and provide constructive feedback to trainers to help them grow and excel
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new trainers to make sure they understand the work structure and teaching methodology
  • Guide and support other trainers to maintain high coaching standards
  • Contribute to curriculum updates and new fitness program ideas
