Roles And Responsibilities

  • Running all the instruments (GC, GC MS, HPLC etc.) regarding transformer oil analysis.
  • Calibrating all the instruments.
  • Trouble shooting and perform maintenance on the instruments.
  • Interpreting, and diagnosing the oil.
  • Method modification if required.

Professional Experience

  • Transformer oil analysis using Shimadzu TOGAS, and Sound knowledge of Agilent Headspace.
  • Transformer oil diagnostics.
  • PCB analysis using GC.
  • Furan analysis using Shimadzu HPLC.
  • Performing all other tests required for transformer oil analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of GC-MS
  • Sound Knowledge of method modification and method validation.

NATA Signatory Rated 1st and excellent among 37 international transformer laboratories according to IIS (Institute for Laboratory Studies, Netherlands) for 2009 and 2010.
