Over 20 years of Work experience in Mechanical equipment in Australia and overseas I have been worked through various industries, such as Marine industries in overseas; construction and Mining industries in Australia. At present I am working in the mining industry. I commenced employment with Northern Star Resources ltd at Kanowna Belle Gold Mine on January 2012 as a Fitter (full time) on the maintenance team and worked there up to August 2021. In September 2021 I have been transferred to Carosue Dam Operation and currently I am working there as a "Fitter" fixed plant maintenance . As a maintenance fitter some of my key duties and responsibilities are as follows.

· Always Quick response to mechanical/production issues arising from the equipment on the processing plant during operational. fix the problem and keep the plant operational and/or report it to the supervisor for further action.

· Carried out Preventive maintenance inspections, Diagnose, fault finding and resolved the issues safely where ever possible to keep plant operational. At the end of shift report to supervisor for any follow up work to be done.

· Repair, re-build & maintenance of all types of crushers.

· Inspection, repair & maintenance of SAG Mill and Ball Mill; Crushers and Roaster

· Overhaul, repair & maintenance of varies types of gearboxes; pumps and valves

· service, maintenance & inspection of Trunnion bearings and Pinion bearings.

· Laser alignment of gearboxes, pumps, motor, pinion bearings, trunnion bearings and mill drive trains.

· Use basic Lathe, Milling and Drilling Machine in the workshop as required for jobs.

· Develop close working relationships with operations personnel to ensure that all plant downtime issues are escalated correctly and remedied promptly

· Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety

· Ensure that any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the Engineering Supervisor /Manager as per escalation procedure

· Maintain high quality standards and safety to ensure that the executed work is in accordance with company quality Standards

· Participating in Risk Assessments on equipment and being proactive in closing out actions

· Prepares all work reports to be signed by Works Supervisor/Manager

· Provide adequate hand over of information when handing over work to co workers and supervisors

· Support for Engineering Team Leader with regards to day to day activities including reporting of performance and escalations of significant issues

· Task management of Shift Engineering team, including direction and alignment of shift team to support production priorities

· Undertake installations, testing, commissioning and repairs to plant and equipment

· Working independently through contributing to team efforts in achieving company objectives by attending and providing constructive input at site meetings

· Previously I have been worked with Mining contractor( Burgess BLA ) for 5 years. During that time I have been worked through shut down works on so many different Mine sites throughout all states of Australia.

I) Installation, Commissioning and Laser alignment of Mill drive train, gear boxes, pumps, motor etc.

II) Repair and Rebuild pumps; Screens; Crushers and Distribution valve for Disc filters.

III) Laser alignment of pumps, motors, gearboxes and mills drive train.
