I currently work at Woolworth's in Emerald as both a team member and a Weekend Manager, which allows me to demonstrate a variety of skills in the realms of communication, independent thinking, mentoring, in particular high school students who work at the store, and confident decision making.

This role includes the following responsibilities:

• Supervised daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Trained and mentored team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implemented process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
• Managed inventory levels, optimizing stock control and minimizing waste.
• Resolved customer inquiries promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels through effective communication.

I worked in the grounds keeping team for Maranatha Christian School, which demonstrated that I worked effectively in fast-paced environments, I was skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment and throughout this role I demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.

I was trained at McDonald's in the production area to cook food served to customers. This role allowed me to demonstrate my ability to work as a committed team member, to work efficiently with attention to detail.
