Years of professional experience in Education Industry

Dedicated and reflective educator with a diverse background spanning education, wellbeing, leadership, human resources, and information technology. Since entering the education sector in 2012, I have served in roles across school operations, HR management, daily organisation, and teaching, progressively developing a holistic understanding of school leadership and student wellbeing.
Currently serving as Behaviour Coach and Islamic Counsellor at Minaret College Officer Campus, I lead wellbeing and tarbiyah initiatives that integrate Islamic values with contemporary educational practice. My work focuses on nurturing students’ character, supporting staff development, and fostering a culture of reflection and compassion across the school community.
Holding a Bachelor of Information Technology and currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Education (Islamic Education) at the University of South Australia, I am continuously expanding my expertise in Islamic pedagogy and leadership. My vision is to contribute meaningfully to the holistic development of students and to strengthen the bridge between faith, wellbeing, and academic excellence within Islamic schooling.
