I provide spiritual leadership through worship, pastoral oversight, and direction for the church's mission.

For the ministry of the church in the 21st century, I encourage the congregation to participate in the social justice and community welfare, fostering unity and harmony.

As a resource minister, I was responsible to provide professional resources for the Homeland pastors in East Arnhem Land.

I visited a couple of Homeland ministers in their ministerial contexts offering advise and provide supports as necessary.

I provided general and pastoral leadership to the ministers and people in the Synod of NSW/ACT of the Uniting Church in Australia.

As the Moderator, I assist and encourage the expression and fulfilment of the mission and witness of the Church.

When is necessary, I counselled and advised on faith, policies, standards and procedures of the church.

I presided the meetings of the Synod, standing committee and other boards and committee when was required.

On public issues, I spoke on behalf of the Synod.

In many public occasions and inter-church councils, I represent the Church.

I administered the discipline of the Church required by Regulation and by-law or rule.

I provide pastoral and spiritual leadership to St Columba's Uniting Church and also to "City at Night" of the Canberra City Uniting Church. I also provided chaplaincy service in both ANU and UC.

As a community support worker, I assisted clients with intellectual handicap to achieve their potential by empowering their personal choices.

I introduced community volunteer program and created " Friends in Deed" which connect the clients and community volunteers to enhance the quality of the clients life into the mainstream life.

Auburn Parish is a Multi-congregation placement with two large Tongan congregation and two English congregations.

I provided pastoral and spiritual leadership to the biggest Tongan congregations in Sydney.

As a presbytery Cross Cultural Minister, I provided policy and resources for the congregations in the Presbytery helpful practice to work with people and congregation of other cultural background.
