• Completed 12 months training and consolidation within the Perioperative department as an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse under the supervision of consultant VMOs.

Am currently completing two years post graduate experience in order to acquire and consolidate relevant skills to develop my practice as a Registered Nurse.

• Led a team to coordinate the administration requirements associated with the provision of Air Traffic Control Services to the Northern half of Australia.
• Reporting to and working on behalf of, managed six figure budget for Number 452 Squadron, managing procurement, travel expenses and running costs.
• Developed mutually beneficial relationships with six sub unit commanders across three states providing guidance on administrative, personnel management and financial governance.
• Mentored newly graduated Administrative Officer, successfully navigating the potentially challenging position of mentoring my superior officer.

• Working under the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, led a team of 5 subordinate staff.
• Provided Administrative guidance to the Senior Leadership and personnel within a 200 strong Squadron.
• Processed personnel administration for Squadron members.
• Coordinated the movement of up to 180 personnel and 15 airframes both domestically and internationally for exercises.
• Calculated and paid associated allowances to members attending domestic and international exercises.

• Instructed on six Air Force Personnel Capability Specialist Initial Employment Training courses.
• Developed lesson plans IAW TMP in order to instruct newly enlisted members of the RAAF in their core skills trade training.

• Reporting to the Air Traffic Controllers, analysed Air Force Air Space daily plans and compared these to Military and Civilian Flight plans for the region.
• Determined which aircraft were planning to enter Air Force Air Space and advised Air Traffic Controllers of their planned, destination, route and altitude in order for them to best plan how to manage that aircraft safely through the Airspace.

• Worked in a small team planning the requirements of several different typed of initial employment and post graduate training.
• Coordinated travel and accommodation requirements for student.
• Booked vehicles, ranges, training areas and classrooms for course instructors IAW the course plan.
• Deconflicted bookings where required often having to determine which course was the immediate priority with limited guidance.

• Records management and correspondence circulation for executives within ! Recruit Training Unit.

• Managed the medical records of up to 400 Defence Personnel at a time as they transitioned through the operational theatre.
• Booked medical appointments for the 4 Medical Officers within the Health Centre.
• Audited health records to ensure they were IAW organisational requirements.
• Coordinated clinical recalls of patients where required.
• Coordinated the booking of and transport to external specialist appointments for ADF members when their heath needs were unable to be managed in the Role 2 facility.
• Assisted with the Aeromedical Evacuation of wounded and ill members of the ADF.
• Assisted with the repatriation of remains for 3 x service personnel.
