I am currently the Room Leader of the Toddlers room. I have been in this role approx 1 and a half years. Obviously I do all the programming and organise observations and learning stories. Before this, I was in the Babies room for approx the same amount of time as an educator. So now the children that I started with in Babies, are now in Kindy room and I transitioned with them when they moved up to Toddlers. It has been such a joy to watch them grow, and I have a great relationship with all their families. Having had a 20yr break from childcare in between the time I first studied my Diploma (without finishing), I really appreciate the joy of this career, the fulfilment I feel helping little one's to grow and learn.
