• I controlled all procedures related to establishing a new branch of the Circle K convenience stores.

• I was charged with procurement, organizing the tender process, and organizing overall procedures related to establishing new branches of KFC, Pizza Hut, and Little Sheep restaurants
• The job role was similar to a project manager
• In addition, this company was a franchise holder of YUM Asia in Mongolia.

• I worked as a subcontractor on several projects, such as a power plant project and kinder garden construction
• I led my team and also played and engineering role.

• This work's main task is coordinating sub-contractors work, making a plan, and monitoring quality according to the construction code and checklist.

• In this work, I charged a construction surveyor and site engineer on international projects, which are implemented by the Japanese international cooperation agency (JICA).
