Personal Statement: I believe it is my role as teacher to ensure all students achieve within their educational setting. To succeed, it is essential that positive relationships are built between not only the teacher and the students but within the classroom. I believe that students learn best when they feel safe in their classrooms and when they can collaborate with their peers. I believe in providing effective education for all students and working with them, their parents and any other teachers/professionals in their lives to ensure that no-one is left behind. I am a successful English Teacher with expertise in building engaging lesson plans and communicating ideas to foster student comprehension. I work to adapt all my course materials to meet established standards and individual academic capabilities.
