- Records weight data, batch numbers, timestamps, and other key info for traceability and quality control .
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each ingredient .
Equipment & Safety Checks
- Performs pre-startup inspections and routine cleaning (clean‑as‑you‑go and end-of-shift) on weighing equipment .
- Adheres to safety protocols—especially critical when handling chemicals or heavy materials.
Material Handling
- May move materials manually or using forklifts/pallet jacks in warehouses or labs .
- Ensures weigh accuracy by verifying raw material types, units of measure, and quality.
Team & Workspace Coordination
