• Created Beauty By Neha (BBN), a boutique content creation and writing agency. Utilising 15+ years of industry experience, assisted ethical, conscious, and cruelty-free beauty brands with content creation and beauty writing servics.
• Brand Collaborations and Influencer Marketing are the key focus. Using makeup artistry, skincare and ingredient knowledge, and content creation skills, a full spectrum of content creation options are provided to clients. The goal is to assist them in achieve international brand awareness and interest towards their products. These include Instagram reels, product photography, educational how-to videos using their products, makeup looks, product reviews and more.

• As Territory Manager for Victoria and Formal Educator nationally, my role involved equal parts business development and education.
• I consistently ranked in the company's top performers for new business development with a 98% success / close rate. I expanded brand representation in Victoria significantly, by sourcing anywhere from 2-6 new stockists every month.
• Responsibilities included managing existing Jane Iredale stockists, providing them with sales training for their customers to meet targets, as well as complete support with VIP nights to demonstrate products and looks or celebrate milestones. Additionally, this included supporting with in-salon merchandising, promotions and brand management.
• As National Trainer during my last year and a half to two years with the company, I also ran formalised product and sales education workshops for our stockists nationally, with a focus in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide. These trips included hosting events and launching limited edition colour collections. Additionally, I assisted with training new employees within the company with both product, ingredient, and sales related training, as well as makeup artistry.
• This phase is where my awareness and passion for non-toxic, conscious, and cruelty-free beauty products was born.

Managing one of the premier Clinique counters in Victoria meant wearing all the hats. This diverse role was inclusive of: makeup artistry services for customers, customer service, retail sales to meet high sales targets, managing operations, visual merchandising and branding, stock management, and running promotional events and VIP nights.

This was my first retail sales role after completing my Professional Makeup Artistry qualification. The role included working at the Chanel retail counter in various Myer and David Jones locations through Victoria.

Daily responsibilities included conducting undertaking client consultations and recommending skincare and makeup products in accordance with their needs. I was recognised for consistently exceeding daily and monthly sales KPIs.

Additionally, I regularly conducted makeup demonstrations. During the holiday period, I assisted with product launches and specialised makeup artistry in their Boutique stores.

This is where my customer service and retail sales experience was built and consolidated, as Chanel has very high standards for both.
