Growing up in a riverside village in Vietnam that was famous for handmade earthenware manufacturing, I developed a strong connection with the natural environment and impact of my village business activities to the air, water and land. I studied Environmental Science at university hoping to do something to solve the problem. Even though I have not done anything yet for my country, I live in harmony with the environment and love gardening and conserving water and energy.
I am part of The Cronulla Gropers, a men mental health swimming group. We meet at Cronulla South Beach at 6am every morning to swim, coffee, chat. It has been great for my mental health and a great way to start a productive day.
After 5 years working in insurance industry, I have identified a lot of opportunities to provide better services to my clients. Some of these opportunities had been supported and implemented by the company and some are still in the thought process due to the complexity of the company's structure.
