- Initiated and implemented new system layouts that significantly enhanced efficiency, reducing overstock, and in turn reducing costs and increasing the profits.
- Revamped the Blister Pack system by integrating an interactive calendar, resulting in a swift, efficient and more user friendly process, reducing disruption of last minute orders and being able to plan and prepare in advance, reducing customer wait time and work overload.
