  • Initiated and implemented new system layouts that significantly enhanced efficiency, reducing overstock, and in turn reducing costs and increasing the profits.
  • Revamped the Blister Pack system by integrating an interactive calendar, resulting in a swift, efficient and more user friendly process, reducing disruption of last minute orders and being able to plan and prepare in advance, reducing customer wait time and work overload.
  • Consistently received commendations from new and existing customers on my warm, empathetic and helpful nature to put patients at ease and ensure they had the knowledge and confidence to continue their treatment plan.
