• Liaising with solicitors, answering phone, dealing with client complaints to ensure they were resolved
• Assisting in marketing activities, writing letters to clients, receiving mail, compiling accounts for senior solicitors, making appointments, liaising with doctors to get reports and making appointments for clients
• Worked with the Managing Director to complete file review audits of solicitors' files to ensure compliance with regular reviews of client files.

Arborist Work

• Cutting and trimming trees, removing stumps and dead branches, and loading trucks (this was for a few months).

• Worked with a qualified mechanic for a short period, gained a wealth of experience including servicing and tuning cars and boat motors, replacing mechanical parts, cleaning workshop.

• Skilled laboring work, including laying foundations, concreting, construction of frames, internal and external cladding, and helping the electrical contractor with the electrical fit-out and wiring of houses and sheds.
• Roofing, installation of windows, insulation batts, brickie’s laboring, steel fixing for concreting, fixing gyprock sheets, hanging doors, painting, laying flooring, and constructing steel works in sheds.
