Nicholas Parker

I am a compassionate, friendly and understanding person. I experience a great amount of empathy for both people and animals, whether big or small. I think this gives me more motivation to do a job right, pairing it up with my critical thinking to make a great duo. It helps me complete a job efficiently and thoughtfully, factoring in the people around me and the people that I may associate with that play a part. Keeping everyone happy and thriving is equally as important as completely a job efficiently and to the best of my ability

My lack of work experience may be seen as a negative, I see it as a positive. I see both the negatives and positives without letting the negatives hold me back and instead, push me forward. What I lack in work experience I make up for in life experience. I have spent many years, learning from friends, family and associates. It has resulted in a renewed sense of motivation to be the best me I can be and continue to learn and move towards my goals.

I will finish by speaking more of the negative. I have no formal work experience. It is not oblivious to me that this may make an employer hesitant. This is a negative. The positive I take out of that is that an employer that may take a chance on me will be rewarded with a dedicated, loyal, hardworking and compassionate employee willing to grow into and with my job. I will continue to work on myself and growing as a person and I hope to bring that into the workforce.
