I have come to know Niharika in her role within the Community Links Program, where she has completed learning experience in my Year 3 classroom at Burrendah Primary School. During this time, I have always found Niharika to be an honest and dedicated person in all tasks she has undertaken.

Niharika is a conscientious worker who always displays excellent initiative and communication skills. In addition, she is well organised and exceptionally punctual, reliable, and supportive. Niharika is flexible and follows instruction very well, ensuring her best effort is always demonstrated. She is able to work intensively with one or a group of students to support their learning in an effective and caring manner.

Her bright and cheerful personality is a pleasure to have in the classroom and would be an asset within any professional working space.
