Work Placement as a Kitchen hand to complete Certificate II in Cookery over a 2 week period, as well as participating in Hospitality classes at High School over 2 years.

• Ensured cleanliness and sanitation by thoroughly washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Supported chefs in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, peeling vegetables, and marinating meats.
• Maintained proper food storage procedures to preserve ingredient freshness while minimising risks of contamination or spoilage.
• Collaborated with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth workflow during peak dining hours.
• Contributed to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

• Worked Canteen and Barbecue, such as: working the register, serving to customers, maintaining clean and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Assisted with special events and programs, such as: hosting raffle event, coaching young players in a pre-season program
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.

• Fed, walked, and cared for dogs during owners' absences and out-of-town trips.
• Made owners comfortable with care by following instructions and meeting dog needs.
• Cleaned up after dogs and properly disposed of waste to keep community clean and free of potential hazards.
