Summary

A self-motivated nursing student and a nursing assistant who can accomplish all her assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. I always have a compassion, dignity and respect when looking after my patient. Being in a good physical and mental health I am more than able to take care of the day to day needs of residents and can handle all types of people. With my past employer I was involved in assisting members of nursing team to provide high quality care to people of different age and background. Right now, I am looking for an AIN position with a company that is committed to provide a best health care for its patient and best working environment for its employees.

ARCARE
  • Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, using the toilet, changing pads, wiping and moisturising with cream
  • Feed patient or assist patient to eat or drink
  • Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure and pulse as directed by medical or nursing staff
  • Observe the patients skin conditions, bruises, open wounds or if there's blood in urine which need extra medical attention and notify to RN immediately
  • Communicate with patient to ascertain feelings or needs for assistance or social or emotional support
  • Gather information from care givers, nurses or physicians about the patient condition, treatment plans or appropriate activities
  • Document or report observations of patient behaviour, complaints or physical symptoms to RN
  • Listen to buzzer and attend in that room number immediately
