My tasks include:

• Cold calling possible participants of surveys for clients such as government institutions and universities,
• Call control with calm but purposeful tones and phrases,
• Refusal conversion for callers who are hesitant to participant in surveys,
• Working in small teams to improve calling skills,
• Receiving and incorporating feedback from superiors into my calling techniques,
• Being monitored for quality assurance purposes,
• Interacting with people from many different cultures across Australia

Worklogic investigates workplace complaints, mediate disputes, facilitate difficult discussions, and review critical incidents. They improve employment policies, design and implement compliance programs, conduct internal audits of workplace culture and people metrics, and deliver engaging workshops

My tasks included:

• Archiving communications with clients to be audited by WorkSafe,
• Archiving old client folders,
• Summarising interviews with clients,
• Sitting in on interviews with clients,
• Summarising data produced from studies,
• Transcribing people's notes from meeting,
• Making certificates for people who have completed courses,
• Miscellaneous errands

Worklogic employed me to help out with their large workload

This workload has diminished and I no longer receive shifts.
