My work duties included starting at 330 pm in the afternoon my first duty was sorting carrots for production and exportation wearing safety gloves and eye protection ie ( PPE ). cleaning and weighing carrots on a daily production line for 3 hours . after 15 minutes break , continuing processing and helping other co workers in the roles and the production of carrots . This shift would last around 11 to 12 hours shift finishing at 3 30.
