Achievements:

A noteworthy achievement within this organization was the successful implementation of a voluntary blood donation program. Last year in 2023, I organized several blood donation drives that contributed to a 10% increase in the total units of blood collected compared to the previous year. Specifically, our outreach efforts attracted 32,834 new donors, and we achieved a 20% higher retention rate among repeat donors. The achievement not only significantly contributed to meeting the local demand for blood, but also demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategies in mobilizing and retaining donors for a crucial cause.

Duties:

Prepare a detailed BOQ of structural and finishing items for building projects.
Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
Controlling and monitoring of materials in ERP and others.

Estimation, Costing, and Budget

Duties: Prepare structural, finishing, and plumbing BOQ as per approved drawing. Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items as per current market price.
Check and update the revised budget, time to time. Incorporate material quantity into ERP software.
Controlling and monitoring of materials in ERP and others.

Team Member of Engineering Audit Team(March,2024-December, 2024)

Prepare project closing report in three phases - substructure, superstructure, and Finishing Stage.
Check the quantity of materials disbursed and actual use after completion of basement, superstructure, and finishing work.

Coordination and Monitoring(Real Estate)

• Prepare an action plan for all upcoming building projects, and follow up on the implementation status of works as per schedule. Prepare technical reports, coordinate with the Design Cell, Construction Department, SCM, and other departments. Develop meeting minutes, and also follow up on the implementation status of the decisions taken in the meeting. Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information related to the development of work.

• Greeted and assisted up to 100 customers daily, providing expert advice on product selection, and resolving inquiries to enhance the shopping experience.
