I am a highly experienced and credentialed Overseas-Trained Anatomical Pathologist with over a decade of clinical, academic, and translational research expertise. Following a rigorous six-year residency program, I attained the Fellowship of the Medical College of Nigeria, FMCPath (Anatomical Pathology), emerging as the best-performing national candidate in 2019. Before relocating to Australia, I practiced independently for three years as a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist and Lecturer. In Australia, I currently work as a Cut-Up Doctor at Australian Clinical Labs (ACL) and as an Honorary Anatomical Pathologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH). Following a positive Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) Overseas-Trained Specialist (OTS) assessment, I am expected to undertake an advanced-level supervised clinical integration in Australia as the final step toward full FRCPA recognition under Australian specialist standards. I am in the thesis submission stage of a PhD in Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS) at the University of Melbourne, with no conflict to full-time clinical availability. I am eligible for AHPRA Limited Specialist Registration and hold all required documentation. I currently hold a Subclass 500 visa with full work rights, which will continue under a Bridging Visa during SC 186 processing.
