I currently work as 2IC manager at Industrie Clothing, where i am responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales both in the standalone store and Myer concession. My roles include:

• Maintaining high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts, and organising displays to increase the store's visual appeal.

• Effectively processing transactions using the POS system, handling cash, credit card payments, and exchanges, while adhering to company procedures.
