I'm a university student who has been working hard to advance and facilitate many skills that I know would benefit my professional qualification for future jobs. While I have done a lot of volunteering, hospitality, customer service, and picking and packing orders to be delivered, I want to become more versatile and work in a variety of settings. I'm a well-organized and motivated employee eager to put my time management and organizational skills to use in a variety of settings.I am now looking for a position where I can put my extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of Customer Service to use in a professional business environment. Quick learner: learn on the go, as a result I'm able to work faster and more efficiently. Communication/Teamwork: communicating all relevant information clearly and concisely. Trained new hires and inexperienced employees in tasks. Customer Service Adept: Resolved disputes or issues wherever possible and deferred larger problems to supervisors as appropriate. Honesty/Reliability: Maintained data integrity by communicating any mistakes in the workspace to the supervisor. Took on any task outside of the usual workflow upon the supervisor’s request. Flexibility/Adaptability: Communicated with staff from other outlets to expand the flow of teamwork and allow both teams to benefit from collaborating. Responding efficiently to changing circumstances such as depleted stock and unique customer requests.
