As a final-year student in the Master of Audiology program at Flinders University, I recently participated in a Hearing and Ear Health Assessments Program at a school in Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY Lands) for the Department of Education of South Australia.
During this trip, we conducted hearing screening assessments for school-aged Aboriginal children in the communities of Katijiti (Fregon) and Iwantja (Indulkanna).
