Summary

As a very determined person, I have had my sights set on a CPP4 role from the very first day I began as a CPP3. As of now, taking into consideration my extended time in Investigations & Response and now my year long journey within the Contracting Case management team, which has enabled me to grow and expand on my current skillset allowing me the current opportunity to act as an Advanced CPP4. I feel that I am at the ideal stage of my career to step up and take on the current advertised opportunity for an ongoing CPP4 within my current team. I would be extremely grateful for this opportunity, I believe it will not only benefit my current skillset but also allow me to expand, progress and develop my knowledge and continue to strive to provide better outcomes for the children and young people, further, continually contributing my unique skillset within the current case contracting team. I look forward to the opportunity to continue to work within a team that values and reflects on their passion to promote safety, wellbeing and opportunities to children and young people
