Achievements; This placement allowed me to understand the hospital health care system and get into routine of shift work. I was able to gain confidence in communicating with other staff members and gain further clinical knowledge. Being able to complete a placement in a cardiac ward with a CCU aided me to understand the different work routines.

I also learnt a deeper length about stoma cares and other surgical treatments including gastrointestinal, fractures and general surgeries.
