I have improved my interpersonal skills through assisting incoming guests, telephone calls and team work. Developed strong relationships with regular customers, fostering loyalty and return visits. I have handled cash transactions accurately and work efficiently under high-pressure situations, especially on weekends, holiday seasons and public holidays. Additionally, I have worked as party host for birthday parties besides my role as a GSA which not only enhanced my confidence in approaching other people but also express myself.

I have learned to collaborate with other food and beverage attendants to provide prompt, smooth and excellent service, especially during busy periods on weekends and holidays. Also learnt to provide responsible service of alcohol to guests, ensuring consistent compliance with RSA laws. During shifts, I have learned to handle cash transactions accurately and managed inventory and restored supplies, reducing instances of item shortages during peak hours.
