  • Q421 saw my book of business hit maximum compensation due to achieving 400% which was the largest quarter of revenue by a single sales lead globally
  • Q122 also saw my book of business over-deliver and reach 150% to target due in Crypto.com, Sportsbet and VGW all performing well
  • I report directly to APAC snr Director, covering Mat leave, in which I forecast the APAC SME business and manage the ANZ client partner and analyst team
  • Management of this team involves managing meeting and input quotas, quarterly and half plans.

  • I was the first account manager in Snap APAC to move vertically upward into a lead sales role
  • The role involved working with high growth SMEs with multi-million dollar targets
  • In my first year (19/20) as Client Partner I received the 'Founders Trip' award in which the top 1% of sellers globally get to go on a trip with the executive team from the US
  • I also made the shortlist for B&T 30 under 30
  • This role allowed me to work with businesses across Korea, Japan, SEA and ANZ in which drove a fast learning curve in the complexities and nuances of the region
  • Businesses were largely app businesses as well as web based retail
  • Off the back of the high growth I was then able to hire a team to cover Asia and ANZ
  • I hired my now Senior Manager plus 5 Client Partners and 3 Analysts
  • This role involved heavy collaboration with cross-functional partners including Product, Marsci, Marketing and Creative Strategy.
