  • Project included total environment hardware and software refresh and data migration, Branch Server Decommission Program – Centralised all the infrastructure functions and applications hosted on the branch servers and then decommissioned 1030 branch servers, Core Banking Modernisation – End State Infrastructure - Successfully implemented 3 x IBM series systems and 130+ Unix AIX Virtual servers in a 6 month period, Completed the IBM pSeries transition – refreshed 4 x IBM pSeries systems, including workload consolidation all without critical incidents or service outages to any high profile applications (SAP, Datastage, QualityStage, and Banking Payment Hub), Group Property Relocations Program – managed a team of resources delivering transitions and relocations into the CBA Group Property team.
