Carrying out Pre-Delivery inspections / road testing as per Manufacturer specifications including Hybrid and EV vehicles, fitment of all genuine accessories to meet customer requirements. I have also filled in as Pre Delivery manager for 7 months whilst in this department .

- Providing walk in guests with customer service , product knowledge and helping them make informed decisions within the new car buying process.

- Keeping guests regularly up to date within the process once a vehicle order is placed

- Ensuring all paperwork and deal packs are correctly processed via finance, accounts and registration departments

- Processing , contacting, and following up of all incoming leads

-Keeping up to date with product knowledge, incoming models, pricing updates and model lead times

- Carry out genuine accessory fitting to specific vehicles across multiple brands

- Pre delivery inspections as per Manufacturer specifications and training for Hybrid and EV vehicles

- Providing timely and efficient maintenance services on various vehicle models.

-Conducting comprehensive diagnostic tests and implementing necessary repairs.

-Streamlined repair processes with thorough documentation of all completed tasks, ensuring accurate records for future reference.

-Enhance customer satisfaction by meticulously detailing new vehicles to meet expectations.

-Ensured high-quality results by thoroughly inspecting completed work for any areas that required additional attention.

-Carry out application of paint, interior protection and rust proofing

- Ensure all yard and showroom vehicles are washed and cleaned regularly for display
