I am a proficient K-6 Primary School Teacher offering 21 years of experience in education. A resourceful and passionate educator with adaptable and approachable style. I am committed in creating a safe, inclusive, and organised classroom environment, conducive to learning.

I design stage appropriate lesson plans which align with current teaching standards. I consistently assess and evaluate student student progress through observations and assessment to inform my teaching and tailor my instruction accordingly. I strive to maintain open and effective communication with students, staff, parents/carers and the wider community. I modify teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles through differentiation. I implement discipline strategies and classroom rules to maintain a positive and respectful environment. I have a genuine passion for teaching and helping children develop academically by become lifelong learners.
