Management of site-based personnel in the multitude of activities required in constructing new primary and secondary schools for the State Government in Brisbane, to the combined value of $35 Million. Project management of two Queensland Government schools on a design and construct basis. The primary and secondary schools were built in parallel, some one kilometer apart on a green field site at Springfield, Brisbane.

• Springfield Secondary School, Springfield, Brisbane - $ 23 Million.

Design management of Queensland's first and largest Public Private Partnership (PPP), involving the design and construction of seven green field schools for the QLD Dept of Education and Training. Total project value $350 million.

Responsibilities included:

• Value management;
• Liaison with QLD Government bodies and representatives;
• Liaison with Commonwealth Bank funding body's;
• Strategic site analysis;
• Design concept initiation;
• Design management and coordination of architects, engineers and service consultants;
• Writing and editing submission to QLD Government; and
• Verbal presentation supported by PowerPoint 'pitching' the design to Government and funding body.
