Phebe Waters

While working at Building Blocks I collaborate with fellow educators to develop learning activities that connect multiple subject areas. Communicated with a team and give feedback to others. Attended multiped staff meetings and followed my centres policies and procedures. I communicate with parents daily, followed routines and developed a relationship with children and families.

While working at GOSHC I have gained skills and experience from working with children. I have worked in morning school care, after school care and vacation care. While doing so I take the responsibility of not only remaining calm in challenging situations, but also caring for, building relationships, comminuting with parents and teaching. Other tasks include food preparation and completing daily cleaning routines.

While working at Kmart my responsibilities were checkouts, presentation, and customer greeter. I helped costumers find merchandise, maintained and tidy and organised store environment and worked effectively and fast-paced. This position helped me gain confidence by pushing myself to work independently and efficiently.
