Job Roles- Sumo Salad, Velluto Cafe and Glass House Bar (Main)

Job Responsibilities;

- Ensuring exceptional customer service has been met at a standard where service is professional, respectful, welcoming where customers become regulars and our service becomes recommended to potential regulars.

- Point of Sales, promotions added to daily menu's, monthly.

- Barista Experience/Opening & Closing operations for machines Daily.

- General Work Health Safely Procedures met, Food Handling, RSA refresh, in date.

- ASIC Card/ basic knowledge Flights

- General knowledge of Flights each day, preparation for busy hours and or pause/rest time.

- General experience kitchen hand assistance when required due to staffing.

- Open & Close operations required, ensuring smooth running of next business day.

- Team work, amending rosters when needed due to short staffing and or, inline with where we

- Stock Orders.

- Team work/ close knit team, seeking areas of improvements/building business.

- Training/ all orders are correct and are served at high quality standard.

- Competent working all outsets.

- Spit shifts/weekend shifts.
