Summary

A dedicated learner and enthusiastic practitioner with a keen interest in the integration of geospatial technology for optimizing sustainable urban planning. Recently submitted Ph.D. Thesis in the domain of Urban Heat Island with a focus on framing microclimate change policy for urban areas, utilizing the cloud-based platform, Google Earth Engine. This Ph.D. research centers on the analysis of temporal and spatial changes in the microclimate of India's million-plus cities, climate change mitigation, and policy analysis. With a strong motivation to publish high-quality research and review articles in peer-reviewed journals, committed to contributing to the field of EO for Sustainable Development. I have been an active Volunteer of IEEE Geoscience Remote Sensing Society and IEEE YP Climate and Sustainability task force with an aim to spread awareness about the application of earth observation in tackling climate change.

Strong writing skills for preparing reports and presentations and committed to managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
